The First Room

It seemed like a very sensible plan to get one room nice before we moved in so we decided to go for a bedroom - there are less things that can go wrong there and it's good to have somewhere nice to sleep at night. So here it is:

As you can see, the lovely curtains were not our choice. They were here already so we just washed them and put them back on for the time being. We managed to get this room ready so quickly thanks to parental help on both sides in the stripping, filling, papering, paiting, carpeting, well 95% of it really. This will eventually be a spare room so if you ever come to visit, this is where you'll be sleeping.

The New House

We have got a new house! I meant to start this blog at the time but now two months has passed. Anyway, as we have not got that far with the renovations I can catch up now.
